  • There is plenty of street parking throughout the village along Jaeger, and surrounding streets. There is a very small shared parking lot accessible via Redbud Alley, any spot that does not have a reserved sign is good to go.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time. We’re eager to meet you and hope we have time to chat with you. Connecting with new people is one of our favorite things about yoga. The front door will be locked during class, so please take into account extra time for parking.

Please check in at the front desk on your way in.

Note: All missed in person classes result in a lost class credit or $10 fee. The $10 no-show fee applies to unlimited memberships only. For membership holders a late cancellation fee of $5 will take effect for cancellations within one-hour of class. Please avoid this fee by managing your schedule closely and prioritizing time for your practice.

  • The studio door is locked while class is in session for safety reasons. If you arrive late to class, a workshop, or an event and the front door is already locked, you will not be permitted to enter the studio. Please respect the time and space of those inside the studio and do not knock on the door or window or attempt to interrupt the teacher once class has started.

  • AYA Yoga does not have a phone line. The best way to reach us is via email at hello@liveayayoga.com. Emails are checked Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. If you have an immediate question or need, you are welcome to approach your instructor during regularly scheduled class times.

  • You be you. Wear what feels right and supports your ability to focus on your practice. The comfier you are the more easily you will drop into your body and breath. We are here to provide a space for you to be your authentic self. Your best bet for clothing would be athletic pants/shorts/tops. If you’re taking a hot class, sweat-wicking fabrics are more advisable than cotton, as the latter fabric is likely to absorb sweat and become uncomfortably clingy.

  • Yoga classes are a no phone zone. Want to take a picture of you and your bestie(s)? We love that! (tag us @liveayayoga on instagram) Please do this out in the lobby, and respect the privacy and energy of the other students in the space.

  • Create your space! You are welcome to bring your own mat or rent one for $3. We recommend bringing a sweat towel (also for rent) and water (available for purchase).

  • Kick your shoes off on your way in! No shoes or socks necessary. Leave your cell phone on quiet mode outside of the studio space. The locker area is safe and includes secure lockers with digital locks, the instructions are on the inside of the lockers.

  • The heat will be listed in the description of the class. You can expect a warm class to be between 75-85 degrees and a hot class between 85-95 degrees. We use infra-red heating panels on the ceiling as well as an internal thermostat to bring us to the perfect temperature.

  • Teachers will offer consent cards for hands-on adjustments. One side of the card will have a yes and the other side of the card will have a no, you have the freedom to flip the card over during class depending on how you are feeling in the moment.

  • Temporarily freezing a membership can be requested for medical reasons or extended travel. Community members are welcome to purchase drop in credits for classes and workshops while membership is frozen. There is a maximum freeze duration of 90 days, after which the membership will be terminated. Freezing or canceling is an option after the minimum duration of months per the contract agreement have been met.

  • You are permitted to request a cancellation of your membership after the minimum duration of months per the contract agreement have been met. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to hello@liveayayoga.com at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled payment. Canceling a membership does not cancel your account with us there for you are still welcome to purchase drop in credits for classes/workshops. You are welcome to join a new membership at any time, however new memberships will not honor any previous pricing, and will reflect current studio rates.
