Join Anastasija for our Pose Breakdown Series, a three-weekend exploration of key asana postures designed to help you understand what each pose can feel like when you’re in integrity with your body, standing in your power, and conscious of your form. Throughout the series, Anastasija will offer multiple adaptations for each posture so you can continually meet yourself where you are, movement to movement,  moment by moment. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to the mat, this series will demystify essential poses and transitions used in nearly every practice, while providing personalized adjustments to support your growth. You’ll rediscover your capacity, build confidence in both familiar and new shapes, feel empowered in your transitions and strength, navigate your practice with greater intention and mindfulness, and learn how to adapt poses in ways that honor your unique body and experience.
