Pause. Sink. Release. | A Seasonal Practice of Embodied Letting Go
Friday Oct 17 | 6:30-8:30P | $40
As the season shifts, nature invites us to slow down, soften, and let go. This somatic workshop is an invitation to align with that rhythm—through gentle movement, somatic self-touch, guided rest, and reflection, we’ll explore what it means to pause and sink inward.
You’ll begin by grounding into your own space and feeling what it’s like to truly claim it. From there, we’ll explore various forms of support—physical, emotional, and energetic—drawing on props, memory, and sensation to deepen your sense of rootedness. Through embodied practices focused on the solar plexus and nervous system regulation, you’ll be guided into an experience of soft release and integration, with plenty of space to notice what arises—grief, clarity, tenderness, or stillness.
This workshop supports the nervous system, cultivates self-awareness, and honors the body’s natural intelligence. No prior experience with somatics is necessary. Come as you are—tired, curious, tender, or simply ready to experience the coziness of fall.
Studio doors lock promptly at the start time of the workshop.

Your breath is always with you. It is personal, practical, portable - and profoundly powerful. In this 40-day communal journey, you are invited to connect & direct one of your most potent resources - your breath. The breath is the bridge between heaven & earth, soul & body, subtle & solid. This program welcomes you into a sacred container to explore breath as a tool for clarity, presence, resilience, vitality, and transformation.
We begin with a sweet sampling of pranayama techniques, introducing you to a variety of breath practices to experience firsthand. From there, you’ll choose one to work with as your sadhana (daily devotional practice) over the course of the 40-day journey. Alongside daily breathwork, you will receive a pranayama manual, weekly communications with reflections, practice guidance, opportunities to connect through community conversations, and more.
This experience is for anyone craving clarity, connection, and consistency - in practice and in life. Whether you’re new to pranayama or a seasoned practitioner, this program is soulfully designed with sangha (community) in mind - honoring the steadiness, coherence and awakening only possible when we are in practice together, and relate to each other through the practice. Through breath, community, and reflection, we learn to regulate and relate - to ourselves, to each other, and something beyond.
