Silent Sunday: Honoring the Solstice

Silent Sunday: Honoring the Solstice

Sunday 6/ 21, 2026, 1-3P

$35

Join us for a two-hour workshop held in sacred silence, designed to help you tap into your creativity and inner clarity as we gather on the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year and a powerful portal of light, expansion, and renewal.

Led by instructor Sarah Taylor, this experience weaves together movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. The workshop includes a gentle yoga practice, a silent meditation, and guided journaling with creative writing prompts inspired by the season of fullness and growth. Participants will enter and remain in silence throughout the experience, concluding with an optional opportunity to share and connect in community. To honor the solstice light we will be meeting at AYA Yoga and walking together to Schiller Park for the majority of this workshop experience.

Come with an open heart and a willingness to listen inward.

Please note:
This workshop takes place outdoors at Schiller Park—dress accordingly and bring any layers, water, and writing materials you may need. In the chance of rain or extreme heat, this workshop will be held inside AYA Yoga.

Please book confidently; all registrations are final and non-refundable.
