Journey Through Breath + Sound, with special guest Moxy Martinez

Journey Through Breath + Sound, with special guest Moxy Martinez

November 6, 7:00-9:00P | $88

An evening to soften, listen, and return to yourself.

As the natural world moves toward winter, we’ll gather in candlelight to explore the wisdom of transition through breath, sound, and the body.

Journey Through Breath + Sound is an immersive, collective experience inspired by the microcosms we find in small moments of nature: the rhythm of a breath, the pulse beneath stillness, and the subtle frequencies that remind us that we, too, are nature.

Moxy Martinez will guide us through a live ambient sound journey – an evolving landscape of synth, field recordings, and frequency. During this sound journey, you’ll be guided through a breath practice led by Anastasija, creating space to slow down, become more present, and gently give space for the body to softly land. Our session concludes with a sound bath, led by Marla, where soothing vibrations help ground and integrate your experience.

This event is a gentle invitation to pause at the turning of the season. To release what is ready to shift. To listen inward. To prepare for the quieter chapter ahead.

Come as you are. Leave a little softer.

We will be lying on the floor for the duration of this event. While we will use plenty of studio props, participants are encouraged to bring anything that helps them feel cozy on the ground.

Studio doors lock promptly at the start time of the workshop.

Please book confidently, no refunds will be granted.

This is an intimate event and is limited to 15 participants.
